Nortan Heating and Cooling - growing business via an improved website and digital marketing tactics

Nortan approached Contactpoint seeking more than just a website. They were seeking a solution that would drive high numbers of bookings and quote requests for their city-wide network of heating and cooling technicians.
 
The Nortan website had to make it easy for visitors to find a solution for their problem, i.e. repairs or service for their heating or cooling system. It also had to reflect the level of professionalism which Terry and the team at Nortan have worked hard to achieve, and their passion for assisting the elderly to get a fair deal and prompt service.

Alongside functionality and presentation, Contactpoint developed the website with search engine optimisation at the forefront. We implemented unique content for the seven key types of heating and cooling, as well as commercially orientated services.
 
By developing the website to be an engaging and useful hub of information for visitors, we have improved organic Google search ranks from their highest ranking of position 17 up to numerous first page rankings, including:

To provide constant visibility in search results across Nortan's diverse service offering, we implemented and provide continuous management of a Google AdWords campaign. We developed and tested ads which result in more than double the global average of clicks. We developed and tested landing pages which achieve a level of bookings and quote requests at a conversion ratio more than three times the global average.
