Toll Transitions - Move Plan Letter App
Toll Transitions, a division of Toll Transport, engaged Contactpoint to design and build a cross platform mobile app to allow personnel being relocated both within Australia and internationally, to access information pertaining to their move.
Contactpoint delivered this project using an agile methodology, engaging Toll stakeholders after each iteration to ensure an efficient and successful solution.
The app utilises an API of the AOT Group, drawing in hotel room images and information related a particular client's travel bookings. In addition, Contactpoint built an API to allow the integration with Toll systems to retrieve relevant service information. Toll also utilised an application built by Contactpoint to collect and maintain data from disparate internal systems.
Multiple versions of the app were created, for different Toll clients, internal and external use, and providing different user interfaces as appropriate per client.
The mobile phone app built for both Android and Apple has been downloaded and used by many thousands of Toll clients, allowing easy connection with Toll personnel responsible for service provision, custom support guides, and providing information at a glance for clients, anytime of the day or night.
