What are the Ongoing Costs?
The Contactpoint AIChatbot Plugin will cost $299 AUD per annum.
In addition, you require a base level OpenAI Developer account and you need to purchase tokens to facilitate conversations. The Contactpoint AIChatbot Plugin utilises the GPT-4o mini model which costs around 15c AUD for 1 million tokens. 1 million tokens will facilitate around 750,000 words (i.e. both questions and answers), so the minimum purchase of $15 should last quite a long while for an average small business website. Once your tokens are used, your OpenAI account will automatically top up your tokens against your credit card.
