Nigel Maloney’s IT career spans 4 decades, during which time he has seen countless changes and been involved in a wide range of IT projects for large corporations, introducing broad reaching change via the uptake of appropriate leading edge technology. Not surprisingly, one of Nigel’s greatest strengths is that of a change agent. Nigel also specialises in Process Automation, IT Executive Management, Process Innovation, Systems Integration, and Cloud Migration.
Nigel leads the technical design of complex Contactpoint technology projects, working closely with the development team during the delivery of the required solution. Nigel also provides operational support to the Contactpoint business.
