I am very excited to announce that as of the 15th March, 2025 Contactpoint has merged with Bright Labs, a Melbourne-based digital agency founded in 2004, with the mission of creating transformation with design and technology.

The merger of Contactpoint and Bright Labs means greater capacity, more expertise, and expanded services to help you achieve your digital goals. Whether you need branding, UX design, website, web application or mobile app design & development, or digital marketing, we now have a larger team ready to deliver exceptional results.

Combining Teams
Whilst Contactpoint and Bright Labs have been collaborating over a number of years, and have very similar cultures, values and drivers, combining two organisations doesn’t happen overnight. We are working hard to bring about the merge without impact on our day-to-day services to you, and we are already seeing how the combination of teams will bring benefits to all.
We recognise that you have chosen Contactpoint to provide you with digital services, because you trust us and have had easy access to Heather Maloney to openly discuss the technology requirements of your organisation. We know you value the way we diligently deliver projects and support, which has been headed up by Ammu Nair over many years. We know that achieving great results through our digital marketing services is of utmost importance to our clients who have engaged us for SEO, pay-per-click and other related services.
Please be assured that none of this will change; you can reach out to Heather at any time, Ammu will still be directing the delivery of your work through the development team who know your website, web application or mobile app in detail, and digital marketing outcomes will continue to be given laser focus.
Over time, on an as-needed basis, additional members of the full Bright Labs development, creative and digital marketing teams will be introduced to work on your organisation’s projects and support, to provide additional resourcing and expertise.
New Details
In the short term, you will notice the following changes:
- Name: we will collectively trade under the name Bright Labs. Whilst the name ‘Contactpoint’ has been very meaningful to us, we think ‘Bright Labs’ is just that bit better! 🙂
- Email Addresses: we will shortly email you from our new Bright Labs email addresses; please look out for those in your inbox.
- Phone Number: our new phone number is 1300 420 130.
- Address: our Melbourne development team will shortly be moving into the Bright Labs office at Level 8, 607 Bourke Street, Melbourne. We look forward to welcoming you there, and introducing you to our new colleagues.
- Support Requests: please send any support requests to the following email address. This will automate the creation of your request in Bright Labs work system, where it will be managed by the right person / team:
- Invoicing: future invoices will be issued under the Bright Labs name, including new bank account details. Please look out for the new details, and feel free to call us to verify.
